i want to build a 100% custom auction Template?

Hi people, i want to build my own custom auction template that looks uber proffesional and polished. Im not so great at html still but am picking it up really fast. does anyone know of a good template building software or understandable step by step guides? thanks

  1. pretty much any wysiwyg html editor will allow you to create templates, with little or no coding.. being an open source advocate i recommend nvu, but dreamweaver and the multitude of others are all ok

Hi, Glad you are getting the hang of html! check this http://www.jumpwide.homecall.co.uk/latestcode/ right click and save as on the text file - you can place it directly in to ebay item builder after replacing the right bits of code (Easy enough to work out). You'll need to make some decent images and have somewhere to upload them to. My ebay ID is gr7autohobbies - all my items use this template or an older version. I can't say it looks 'Ultra' pro but it's pretty good. Best bits - can change the images any time you like and that will affect every single auction at same time - There are a number of links to good places like your own items and ebay shop - If you can build a really simple terms and FAQ page on your own domain, there is also a linked image in the template. Have a look at my own ebay items to see what it's supposed to look liek after you have the images right :)
