Does anyone know good websites HTML for tutorials, or people willing to code my layout for free? Thanks xD?

I have been trying to learn HTML for ever now, I just can't do it! I'd appreciate it if someone could help me out by answering my question :) Thanks! It's for a plain website you can what I have right now: sunkissed.co.nr I've been using the Moonfruit program for now, but I'd like to code my own soon :)
