pure html / javascript web template?

can someone help me and give me some site where i can download free "pure html / javascript code" website template? coz i have this project that we can only use html and java script, and i'm planning to make a proposal for a charitable foundation for the said website :(

  1. Why not just learn to make it yourself? Pure HTML is easy. Just google HTML tutorial. Also Javascript should never be used in web page design, only in handling user actions, so you probably won't need it very much.
