Flash and HTML?
I am embedding a flash movie into a dreamwever HTML code. I have made the background of the HTML code an image with diagonal lines. My flash movie has the same diagonal lines. I would like them to match up so that the you can't see where the movie is in the HTML code (so it looks seemless). Does anyone know any tricks on how to accomplish this? My Flash movie is w=1000 h=600. Thanks

- I would use CSS to define the absolute position of your flash window so it lines up with your background.
- did you try posting your site on the web? if you did, can you please give the url so we can check the problem, or resolve it.
- Do a screen shot of your design while you preview it in Internet Explorer. Paste the image into a new canvas in Photoshop. Then get a screen shot of your flash movie and crop it then paste it and align it where you want it. Then go into Imageready and make a slice around the movie screenshot. This should give you the exact measurements you need when you go back into Dreamweaver to insert a swf file.
- The only way i would go about this is changing the lines on the flash movie... try moving them up/ down then checkem...
