Does anyone know where I can find templates to use on EBAY?

Hello, I was looking for free or cheap web templates to use on ebay. Some people on ebay have them expecially people who sell craft items and are soo cute. Does any one know of a site the cators to ebay. Not the sites like geocities maybe some other sites with cool and funky templates. thanks a lot
