I'm looking to "attempt" to design/edit a eCommerce website, are there any good templates out there?

I'm moving up in my html and going to attempt a small ecommerce site. Are there any good templates out there? I know there are tons of people selling templates on ebay and Ive come across one called VIP Cart. Anyone heard of that? I'm just looking for a basic skeleton ecommerce template and would like to be pointed in the right direction. Thanks
