Is there a program to easily create auction templates?

There are some really cute and attractive auction templates for sale on ebay and elsewhere. I wonder if any of them use a program. I am creative and artistic and I want to try my hand at making an auction template but my html know-how is limited. Know of an easy program or tutorial? Thanks

Hello, Well if you’re creative the best is to start learning on Dreamweaver if you don’t have it you can download it from: http://www.adobe.com/go/trydreamweaver On Dreamweaver you can create a nice site without the knowledge of html. But to make a GOOD design, then the design should be done on Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator, after creating the Design you will have to crop it into pieces and insert it in Dreamweaver inside tables. Tables would let you work in clean design. If you need help with Dreamweaver just ask me.
