Website Builder?

I know a lot of html and css, but its getting pretty boring now. I would like to know what is your fravorite FREE website builder/template if you have one. Please do not repeat what someone else has said before you. I would like the webiste builder be an external application; not an online one. Nevermind. You may post your fravorite web builder, even if it is listed.

  1. Adobe GoLive and Frontpage (Frontpage is a last choice) but I prefer the "boring" stuff.
  2. Learn some javascript and get un-bored.
  3. Hey, the reason why people repeat answers is because nobody knows that someone else is also answering your question. When I read your question it had zero answers, but by the time I type this and submit it, ten people could have also answered. (That's provided it's a good question of course). I was going to tell you the name of a really good web site builder, but now I'm worried that someone else may have already told you. Tut tut.
