how to create a custom eBay template?

I know this question has been asked before, and I went through all of them, but still could'nt find what I'm looking for. How can I make pages like that as well?) Does anyone know what program(s) I could use for something like that? And possibly a how-to on making it? Thank you!

  1. Okay I went through their website and saw what you were talking about. The reason they have all those things is that they are actually running a live store through ebay. I put the link below. When you run one of the buisness stores through ebay, they help you a with a template. http://stores.ebay.com/wirelessmore Now I don't know whether that template is one that ebay gave them or they could have hired a coder to do it for them so that it looks more original. But yeah the reason they are able to do this is because they most likely hired a coder to build them a custom looking site and then mix it with the ebay store.
