Help with HTML [background]?

I need a code for my myspace. >__> I need to make like the background color transparent so the background image will be visable. Also, I want the background picture to be like fixed in one place, centered.   3. you should see the source code of your html code. there is a tag like <body... after that try to write tag <center>bla bla bla</center> it will be centered.
