How can I expand my background image on my myspace page?
Some images automatically fill the entire screen when I select them to be my background image, and other times, the only way the image to fills up the whole screen is when it tiles it. Is there a html code I can use to expand the picture so that it's larger?
From what I'm gathering, there's not a way to use any kind of html code to make the background image appear larger; but I submit that there MUST be a way. For example, take this code: " body { background-image:url(http:picture.jpg); background-position:Center Center; background-attachment:no-fixed; background-no-repeat: no;}" I bet you, there's something you can instert like "background image(100%)" or "background resolution (690W 720H)" or SOMETHING somewhere within that code. . . . right?

- im not sure but try using paint editor and make the pic as big as u want then add it
- If you have a photo editing program on your comp. you can use that to resize the image and then try using the image as a background on your profile editor. I know that a free program called "photofiltre" is great at resizing. Also the "paint" application in windows has this feature. That's what I do when I don't want my background tiled. But sometimes blowing up the image makes it a little more blurry. Good luck hun.
- Nope, and even if you did, the image would be completely pixelated and blurry because you are having to zoom in on it to make it cover the whole page. It would look hideous. The reason it does that is because that image has pixel dimensions, such as 48x48, 392x482, etc. You cannot change those dimensions. Try either looking for other pictures on Google images or buy a better digital camera! =]
- redo your layout
