Any one interested in 3 page website and some money?

I'm planning to develop a website , where any one can create a 3 page website, from predefined templates (will have more than 100 templates) One person joins can earn money from the website, via advertisements. You can put your adscense code or anything you like. The web page accounts costs you only 2 usd / year. Also there will not be any ads from our company in your page. That means, your pages are 100% ad-free We should provide templates for your adscense, so that you can edit it any time. Site will be search engine friendly and will be in top search engines.   1. Content is what makes a good page.. an good content is wahat brings viewers, who will click on the AdSense type links. Building webpages, just for the sake of "clicks" will not give you the results you want.. no matter how free they are.
