html help?? code???

Hi, i've been having some trouble and can't get a certain code. I need a html menu. When you put your mouse on it, a picture comes up with text in it. When you put your mouse over the text if they are links it underlines it. Here's an example: www.adobe.com. I need that kind of navigation bar except i want to use my own picture for the background. Can anyone provide a code? can anyone give me a link to the code? how would i update the code so it will show my picture? Thanks!   1. I don't think you could make it using HTML alone. You will need Javascript and CSS perhaps. To learn the basics of each of them, you could try http://www.w3schools.com/ which is free....

  4. you may have to use image maps to handle an event. That's javascript. also you could make an animated gif which did that and give it a command on rollover. I'd have to see what you were working with to just give code, friend!
