HTML Help needed?

I'm very new to html, I just started learning about a week ago. I am learning html because I want to design my own templates for my eBay listings. I have designed two templates so far that I plan on using on eBay. A few questions I have are: Once I get the template I like, do I just need to save it on notepad or do I save the entire template with my hosting service. Also once I design the plate do I have to keep storing the images, animations, backgrounds, etc. w/ hosting? I'm thinking if I delete the images in my photobucket account I will end up loosing them from the templates I designed? Last of all I would like to add strolling to my templates, how would I do that? And same for music.

  1. 1: After you save it to Notepad, you will need to upload the template to your web hosting service. Unless eBay let's you upload directly to their site. 2: You will need to keep the images online, whether you have it on your own webhost or on a photobucket account. If they are not on the internet somewhere, they won't show up on your eBay page. 3: I don't know what you mean by "strolling." If you mean "scrolling" then that is done automatically when the info on the page gets too long. However, if you want to force that, look up iframes or CSS overflow propety. As for music, my only advice is not to add it. For one thing, it's much more complicated (and needs Flash to be done well), but most importantly, a lot of people find it annoying.
