How do you create templates for eBay listings?

I have been selling on eBay for 6 yrs. now. The lady who was designing templates for me just contacted me telling me she would nolonger be hosting the templates much longer. I don't want to buy from another template seller because I'll have to go through this again. I am curious of how to create my own templates and what is the hosting thing all about? Where can I find a site for template design and hosting? I would like to find a site that has alot to choose from.
