How to design your own eBay listing template?

Hi I just need some guideance here in what program should I use to design the template, what I need, etc. I wish there is someone out there that can help me out with this. I

  1. It is simply HTML - so you can write it in HTML and then cut and paste it into eBay's HTML editor. Avoid Javascript as eBay don't like it much
