I am not a techie, so after I had read it for two three times, I am still at lost. However, my hunch is telling me, that I would benefit from that peticular help section.

  1. How many email addresses do you have and what software do you use to get to them? This is telling you, for example, that you can download your yahoo mail into, for example, outlook express (the default email reader program that comes with windows). I assume right now you access yahoo mail via the web browser.
