i am trying to sell a patent, but such sites as free patent auction dont seem to work, it is lighting paent?

i am looking for someone that will purchase my patent, it is a newly designed ceiling rose mount that is made of plastic, or purhaps just some one who is willing to purchase the rights to manufacture it if anyone is interested leave a contact ,,, imjust trying to make some money

2. A new design of an existing product can not be patented you would have to register the design as a trademark which is a lot simpler and cheeper. The best thing to do is visit a corporate solicitor. You can also copyright a design simply by writing copyright protected your name and the date, signing it and having a witness sign it. Then if your design is used by someone else you can prove you come up with it first
3. Shop it around locally, what good is a stranger on the net to you? Find local entrepreneurs who can take your product to the next level and manufacture(never sell, because by letting them manufacture you get money on an ongoing basis, not just one shot).
4. I just answered your other similar question, so I won't repeat myself here. Very few inventors ever sell anything. Only 2% of GRANTED patents are commercially successful.
