Silent Auction help needed......?

I have found guidelines for hosting a silent auction but could really use a source for FREE templates to hosting one. I would like to find form letters for soliciting items, bid sheets, thank you letters, sign in sheets, etc. If anyone has created them and would share or found them somewhere on the internet I would appreciate it. I'd rather not spend the time creating them if it's been done. I would also love to not spend the money to purchase them and so that $ could go to the charity. Thank you!
