Message "The website declined to show this webpage"?

Hi! I have Yahoo small business account where I store my graphics for sale. Last couple months, every day, 2-3 hours a day I can't view any of my files. I get this message "The website declined to show this webpage HTTP 403." In 2-3 hours of doing nothing everything magically appears to be working fine. My customers starting complaining about it. When I send them html code, they see an empty page for some time. I sell auction templates for ebay. All my templates and my customers' templates don't show up every day on daily basis. I contacted yahoo help 3 times. They blamed everything from my computer, bad links, to third party (ebay). It can't be my computer because my customers don't see templates on their computers too. It can't be bad links, how come they don't work now but will work in 2 hours? It also can't be ebay because at the same time I can't view any of my files from "file manager" in my account. Yahoo "help guys" aren't going to do anything. I need HELP! Thank you

  1. I know this forum is run by Yahoo but I am going to say this anyhow. I have yet to experience happiness when dealing with yahoo as a web hosting service. They are run by a group called Melbourne IT in Australia and I would never reccomend them to any of my customers for hosting or to purchase a domain name through. The 403 error is not a server side error usually but it does sound like your having issues with either typing in a bad address or your server not being updated with the correct page locations. The best advice I can give you is to switch your web hosting to a more reliable company. I have a great web host as I run a business designing and developing websites. I would suggest if you go to http://www.lakeareawebs.com/links.html and check out the web hosting link there the business plan is a great deal. That web host's customer support is outstanding. It will probably save you money as well compared to what you pay on Yahoo. I would also consider switching my domain name registrar if you registered your domain name through them as well considering Godaddy.com is about half the annual price on the domain names as yahoo is.
