The origianl message are as follows:- What can I do while my account access is limited? - receive payments - place logos into your auction listings or on your website - update your account information What can't I do while my account access is limited? - send or request money - electronically transfer funds from your PayPal account - close your account Here are my questions:- 1. Can I withdraw money from paypal to my bank acoount? 2. They asked me to give them the Utility Bill for the proof of address, so is a bank statement available? Thank you for giving me a hand on this issue, I have been sending message to paypal 3 times, however, all of the responds are reply by templates, I don't get any idea. I found that my asscess to paypal is limited when I log in paypal, not by a email notice.

  1. Log into your paypal account and call them because it sounds like your account has been compromised by a Hacker. Paypal NEVER asks you to change your password or update your account information through an email. If you changed your account information through an email chances are someone hacked into your account. Call Paypal and get it straightened out promptly. Just a word of advice...treat email like you do junk mail in your mailbox...trash it....do not even open things that come to you from paypal or ebay...answer them after you are logged into their si Good Luck!
  2. Did this come in the form of an email, or you logged into your paypal account to verify this (by typing in paypal.com, not through an email?) I ask because this sounds a bit odd, and I'm skeptical, I've never heard of them requesting a utility bill. I would just try to have the money transfered to your bank account, and you find out if you can do that or not. You might want to actually call Paypal instead of emailing them. Then you can actually talk to someone.
  3. NO, PAYPAL HAS JUST HIJACKED YOUR MONEY for 180 DAYS IF YOU ARE LUCKY! Please, be very careful with Paypal, they hijack customer's money for 180 days so they can day-trade it and put the profit in their own pockets. So they usually use "Money on hold" or "suspicious activities" as an excuse to use their customer's money. Please check this out, and please notice that they advertise another product. Since I don't know this product and I don't know anyone who does you should distrust it too. If you have a complaint, it doesn't hurt that you write it here: http://www.paypalwarning.com http://www.paypalsucks.com This is a blog, former Paypal employee speaks: http://paidpal.blogdrive.com/ Good luck and please let other's know about these obscure practices. Hopefuly somebody in the congress will help the people who are being affected by this monopoly.
