I need a basic HTML program...?

I am trying to find a html program, where you can type, insert images, and then press a button which converts it to HTML, for someone I know who is a beginner, and knows nothing about HTML.

1. You could use Microsoft's Frontpage or Macromedia's Dreamweaver. I find Frontpage easier to use.
2. u can go to createblog.com and click on tutorial it will tell u. because i'm a beginner too. the people who sent it is an advanced
3. I like dreamweaver better then frontapge but I am also a professional and professionals use dreamweaver. It also comes at an expene of a few hundred dollars. So your budget may answer your question for you.
