Where can I find, some basic html codes for myspace layouts?

here is what i want to do, make the background black, all the boxes a grey, and the borders around the boxes a color that matches grey and black. If you have a good site, that doesnt have all these crazy wierd a$s desings then let me know.....or just give me something to copy and paste ;0). Thanks for your help in advice. Mike
