- www.wbay.com and www.auctions.yahoo.com - how you pay is dependent on the seller, but somee will accept personal checks, and/or money orders.
- Ebay i think
- Ebay? Really? I thought it didn't. My parents use ebay and they don't have to use it at all. Well, in the past few years it may have changed but before it didn't. There's pretty much only ebay or craigslist.com. Go to craigslist.com
- amazon.com you can pay on there with paypal or money order and paypal can deduct from a bank account without any cards...
- e-bay...that's not true. I just registered again under a different name, and they didn't ask for anything.
- I have used Ebay many times and have never been required to use my debit or credit card to access the site. It all depends on how the seller accepts payment. A paypal account on Ebay doesn't require you to have a credit or debit card as long as you have a bank account to set one up. You can even use your account number to set one up and when you pay for something it sends an e-check to the seller for the payment. Some also may accept money orders or personal checks that you can send them. Also try yahoo auctions too. I don't know if overstocked.com or buy.com need credit or debit card info but it's worth the try to check them out to see what you need. I think it all depends on what the seller will or wont accept for payment.
- Not sure..did u try amazon? Ebay seems to have the easiest platform. You can also open a prepaid card and access Ebay with that and also paypal. My sister used Greendotonline.com and even though you have to wait for the card to arrive before you can physically use it, they will give you the acct.# when you make the call to open the acct so you can use it for online services(ebay/paypal etc.) right away, you can also use it 4 bill paying over the phone
- try www.amazon.com
