What's the deal/catch with "Auctiva", the on-line auction free listing tool?

Has anyone used "Auctiva", the supposedly free listing software for eBay and other online auctions? I am a firm believer the that there is no such thing as a "free lunch" and this package they are offering seems too good to be true. Anyone know what the catch is? (I'm sure ther must be one)

  1. There is no catch, if you are selling on Ebay, create your ad on auctiva you can add as many pictures as you want, templates etc, when you have finished you can get an estimate for you fees for your ad. I use it all the time. I was unsure but signed up and placed a couple of ads to see what happened, and was surprised that it was free, but some of my ads look really good with slide shows etc. Try it there is no catch, click on the section about pricing. The only down side is that it sometimes is a bit slow, but not often. Good luck!
  2. I haven't figured out of there's a catch yet, either. It makes my listings look good though, with the scrolling pictures of all my items, and it gives you certain options free that cost money using ebay to put your listings on. So far, so good.
