What's the deal/catch with "Auctiva", the free on-line auction listing tool?

Has anyone used "Auctiva", the supposedly free listing software for eBay and other online auctions? I am a firm believer the that there is no such thing as a "free lunch" and this package they are offering seems too good to be true. Anyone know what the catch is? (I'm sure ther must be one)

  2. i,ve used it for a while now, free and happy with it, not come accross any catch,i suppose they hope you upgrade to the paid subscription tools, but so far so good.
