i need a website that has good flash, css or plain html templates.

  3. freewebsiitetemplates.com or freewebtemplates.com but I don't think you'll find flash in those templates, since these are free. It's not that hard to learn flasth, but if you don't have the time, like I do, just hire people to do it. :)
