I have my own Store Design Business on eBay. I sell eBay user tools & store logos. What do people want?

If someone can critique my eBay store, I would greatly appreciate it. Are there any new services or products that I should be offering to be able to give my customers the very best for their money? I am always trying to add new products to my store. I just recently started selling Custom Auction Templates. 100% Customer Satisfaction is Always #1 to Me. Thanks for your help.   1. I love the idea of the custom auction templates! What about branching out (if you don't already) to regular logos outside of eBay? Can you offer websites that are basic for individuals who may sell a service rather than a product (and wouldn't need all the back-end development?)   2. Your store looks great, keep up the good work! One thing you might want to consider is offering your visitors some kind of incentive to purchase from your store, or some kind of extra bonus. This could really separate you from the competition on ebay. One thing I do with my ebay auctions, is give away "Free Hotel Room" certificates to all my auction winners.
