I Need Major Help For Starting An Online Auction Website?

First tell me this: Was Pierre Omidyar (the person that started eBay) rich when he started eBay? I think he had to have been rich to even start eBay because it requires lots of money to begin a site of that magnitude and it requires lots of legal and computer stuff. My friends and family say I don't have the money to start a website of that size. It really makes me mad to not even have the money to start a huge site like eBay. Second tell me this: Could the buisinesses and sofware I need to start my online auction website be given to me for free at first, but then when I start making lots of money off my site could I pay the buisinesses and stuff back with the money I made off my site? Would some businesses allow that? Because I seriously don't have the money to start a site like eBay and I REALLY WANT TO. Could someone please come up with a solution to start and run a major online auction site like eBay without having to pay first and then I can pay the people back like a week later? I would make alot of money so fast (I mean alot of money more than enough to pay them back for sure) and then I would pay the businesses back. So I dont see a problem with me paying a week later when I auctually have the money to pay them and then I could pay them more than what they need. Any advice?
