Website Templates?

Do any of you know of any websites that have free CSS website templates, or know where I can get a coustomizable style sheet, where I can choose/input my own colors and backrounds? I'm looking for a template for a Self Injury awareness site. I'd prefer the site to be red, black, purple, grey or orange. I don't want it to be triggering to those visiting, but I want people to understand the emotional aspect through my design. I've tried Createblog, and I've looked through all the templates on Freewebs, and I haven't found anything. \ I have a couple of wall papers saved that I might like on it. Maybe someone would be able to design one for me? I know how to manipulate CSS/HTML or input my own colors, I just can't design a template. If interested PM Me.
