Website making help!?

Right, I'm looking for an easy site to build a Dog/Xmas website. I want it to be free, and simple to use. I want it to have a good selection of templates Also, make sure it is not www.freewebs.com or www.piczo.com coz I have already visited these and they are not for me. Oh, make sure it supports html as well. Please answer. I will be so grateful if you do :D Also, I don't want it to be bravenet.com Sorry!
