Wheres the best place to find html codes?

I need some REALLY good html codes...so please help!!! I would possibly like some that make a page move in cool ways...or somthing...anything that has to do with html!!! PLEASE!

  3. Good news! How about not only html but xhtml, css, java the works? You can visit http://www.w3schools.com here you can find what your looking for.
