Suggest me the best HTML Editor?

Hello, I'm looking for a popular XHTML Editor which is used the most in the industry. Can anyone suggest me such XHTML Editor ? I want both free editors and paid editors. I need an editor something like microsoft frontpage for building html pages which offers me a gui interface to add various tools thanks in advance Sorry for the error in the title of the Question. I need an XHTML editor and not HTML editor
