Need some sort of html code generator?

I have a website of my own that copies the top 25 rankings of another website in my own html color-coded format showing each alliance. All this is done manually, through a text editor offline, then copied onto my website. Would there be a fairly easy way to just copy directly from the original website onto my own and into my own format?

1. I think that only if the page that has the 25 ranking uses a static page you could do something in PHP, JSP or other that reads that page and build your page the way you want to.
