  1. w3schools.com Its great and interactive.
  2. HTML http://www.tizag.com/htmlT/ CSS http://www.tizag.com/cssT/
  3. http://www.tutorialized.com/tutorials/HTML/1 Great site for all sorts of HTML tips and tricks.
  4. I thought that studies html and css may looked example and Practice . You may go to look for one to open the source system, tries to make a website, very quick will do.
  5. Rather than finding a website, I would suggest that you pick up a couple of books. Here are a few I would recommend and you can pick them up cheap at half.com: 1. Designing with web standards - Jeffery Zeldman This book will help you understand how to build a site the right way, the web standards way. It'll cover html and css to a degree. 2. Stylin' with CSS. - Charles Wyke-Smith This book REALLY helped me to get a full grasp of CSS I know you didn't ask for a list of books, but for me, learning was much easier with a good book. I will second http://www.w3schools.com/ though. Probably your best bet online.
  6. This is a good site to have all Web Development API's in one website http://www.gotapi.com/html
