which is easy way to learn HTML,CSS?

i want some tutorial site to laern css, html,and photoshop...easily

  3. CSS is part of HTML. you just have to memorize the codes and practice it. Dreamweaver is a nice one try it. it supplies you with the necessary html codes. as with the sites, just type html tutorial on google and it will lead you to millions of sites offering free tutorials

Please take the time to learn these tutorials back to back, and I GUARANTEE you would learn very good knowledge about those two.
