Where can I find a good (and free) PHP/MySQL tutorial?

I tried this site: http://www.webmonkey.com/webmonkey/99/21/index2a_page6.html?tw=programming But it was a disaster; a really poor tutorial. It was abridged and brief beyond any use. Anyone know any good tutorials with clear explanations and elaborations?
