How do you make a picture your background on a website or Ebay?

I need to know how to get a picture from my computer, i can webhost it, but i need to know the html code for putting something as my background. no i need the HTML CODE!

  1. it is easy just click at the button background at the bar tools then clik at the picture you will see your page get the picture as a background good luck
