How do I add html to my signature?

How and what codes do I use to add background music and url of picture to my email signature

  1. i don't think they'd allow you to put in music, but: <img src="url here"> ^that's for the picture <a href="url here"> ^that's for any links i'm seriously not sure if you *can* use html, but there it is anyway...
