Where can i create a free website?

I down now created a webpage in notepad. I want to create a website using my own html.... no templates.. no design... only the contents in the page that i encoded. So to make it clear... iwant to create a website from a program in which I start with a Blank PAge . how? I Want it free. Please help me! i need this.! tnks. Have a nice day.
