Is there any websites that I could make a new free website with their templates?

I am wanting to creat a new website and do not have HTML or any website experience like that. I am wanting to use a template to do a website in which I could design it using the templates from the site. I would like a company that will not require me to host with them and if I want to take the website once created I can take and keep the site and move it to another webhost if I want to. I also want to be able to advertise and sell things on the site I create.
