HTML codes?

I'm doing a project for school, and I need to find out as much information as possible about HTML codes, I know it stands for HyperText Markup Language, but nothing more than that. Please help!

  5. http://allwebdata.com/html.htm perfect site that teaches you all about webdesign this specific page is all about html and it is all explained in simple terms. They also have alot of html codes and java scripts!! Worth a check out!
