Adding a Background Image?

I have gone on just about every HTML web help page and have had no luck. Im trying to add a background image from a link from another webpage, but for some reason I just cant. Can somebody give me the HTML code to link a photo from another site to use as your background??

  1. If your saying you want to use a image from a web site as a desktop background? All I do is right click on the image save to my pictures. Then I go to my pictures right click on that picture and click on set as desktop background. But im not sure if thats what your trying to do? Hope this helps
