Switching to HTML editor on FreeWebs?

I have created an account where I used the HTML editor instead of the templates before, but with the new look(since the last time I was there anyway) I can't seem to find the option to create new pages staring from scratch or upload my own. How do I switch to that? A fast repsonse would be really appreciated. :D @ ZERO COOL: The host's name is "FreeWebs". :b I know they have it, I've used it before. They just moved things around and it's confusing.
