Does anyone know any lighter colored or pastel blue to violet color range HTML codes?

I have been trying to get some nice blue for my web pages and have not yet found one that I really like. The colors need to be light enough to read print (font) in black. Thanks Oh and does anyone know a good free web editor I can download I used Arachnophilia at one time but I just cannot get it up and running anymore.
