Does anyone here know advanced HTML code?

I'm making a website out of raw HTML code but I need some help can anyone give the code for: 1.Installing a navbar 2.hyperlinks 3.background pictures 4.music (for playing music when you visit a certain page) 5.videos (to put videos on a certain page) 6.for making buttions like submit buttens and stuff 7. making a login in and a membership singup screen 8.to play a sound when the curser goes over a button 9.making and installing javascript aplications 10.etc.. can anyone help?!! 10. is how to make a curser change when it enters a certain site

  3. That's a lot of code, you aren't going to find someone to give you HTML for all of those things. Nav bars are usually <ul> hyperlinks arent advanced html, theyre just <a href="link.ext">Text</a> background is css or <body background="file"> music is <object src="src" videos are <object or <embed buttons are <inputs logins and membership signup are NOT html they are advanced server side technologies such as asp, php, cfm, etc. to play sound when a cursor moves over a button is javascript and 9. is javascript as well, you either need to pay someone to do all of this or learn it, because people get paid to do those things. You're asking a lot

The fact is that if you cant make a hyperlink, making and installing javascript applications is a LONG way away for you, and noone can even begin to describe the many complexities of the things you want to do with your site. If I were you I would invest in a program like MS frontpage or NVU and start from the beginning. For some of the more basic things your looking for simply search google for tutorials on them.
