html editor?

Hi all.. Which is the best html and php editor?? It must be easy to use and moreover importantly it must have visual editing(design window) as well as preview and code editing.. Please give me some suggestions.. thanks..

  1. Well...the best, and most flexible, would be notepad, that's what I use. The lighter the better. Now, to answer the question the best, and the hottest would be Aptana, but you can try HTMLkit or Bluefish (I'm not sure Bluefish is for windows though) But aptana is THE BEST CHOICE for windos currently.
