HTML editor?

what is HTML editor, and what does it do. Our computer has it set on Microsoft word! Can it be used by someone in my house to spy on my e-mail or activity

  2. Don't use microsoft word for HTML editig.It adds in HTML without asking you and screws you up.The best is Notepad or Wordpad
  3. It is a text editor that writes in Hyper Text Markup Language (HMTL). You don't need to bother with it unless you are doing any page editing.
