I am working on a 'gift certificate' to offer an evening of live music for a silent auction, suggestions?

I've donated a gig and a CD to a silent auction and I need to make a 'gift certificate' type document to let the folks know what they are bidding on. There's a lot of text and it looks a little messy. Suggestions or pointing me to a template would be much appreciated.
