- you can use it, but Frontpage tends to add its own code and I would not recommend it. I personally use Dreamweaver myself. Dreamweaver is a good WISIWYG and also an HTML editor.
- Frontpage is more of a WYSIWYG editor, it's like putting together a powerpoint presentation. Still, it has marginal functionality as an HTML editor, though programs with syntax highlighting work better to avoid errors.
- Frontpage is ok for learning, and is relatively easy. It seems to add extra coding. But I use it to "dip" in to grab codes - e.g to easily make a large table, and then copy that table's html code into another site of mine, which saves time...
